Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK orders over £60 receive free First Class Recorded Delivery. For all other orders delivery in the UK is either by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day (£4.95 excluding weekends and bank holidays), or by First Class Recorded Delivery (£3.95, 2-4 day delivery). Orders must be placed by 3pm for next day delivery and a signature may be required upon delivery. For Europe and North America delivery is calculated according to the weight and will be displayed in the shopping cart before you pay. Delivery can take from 3-6 days and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to retain the delivery charge if the delivery is not accepted at the postal address. Orders are normally shipped on time subject to stock availability.

We anticipate to deliver your order right away. If the order is received before 3pm and there is stock availability, it will be shipped the same day. With Royal Mail Next Day Delivery you should receive your order by 1pm the next working day*, and with First Class Signed Delivery it normally takes beteen 2-5 working days. International orders are generally received in under 3-7 days. Order over £60 qualify for free shipping, which will be First Class Signed Delivery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is not upto your satisfaction please return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The product must be sent back with all packaging and seals intact.

Full refunds will only be given for faulty or incorrectly supplied products. In other cases refunds will only be given if the packaging on the goods is not damaged and all seals are intact. Refunds will not be given if the goods have been tried and tested. Postage and shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Please note that the refund policy is only in effect 28 days from the date of receipt of the product.
